Organization tab
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Organization name | Your organization’s display name, shown in the dashboard and on invoices |
| Timezone | Default timezone for the organization. Individual locations can override this. |
| Currency | The currency used for pricing, invoices, and Stripe transactions |
| VAT number | Appears on invoices if set |
| Registration number | Optional — for legal/invoicing purposes |
| Billing email | Where billing notifications and invoices are sent |
Calendar tab
Controls how your session calendar behaves.| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Week starts on | Monday or Sunday — affects the calendar grid layout |
| Default session duration | Pre-fills the end time when creating sessions |
| Default session capacity | Pre-fills the capacity field when creating sessions |
| Allow coaches to create sessions | Toggle ON to let coaches create sessions from their schedule view |
| Cancellation window | Minimum hours before a session that a client can cancel. E.g. set to 24 to block cancellations within 24 hours. |
Security tab
Manage your own account security — not organization-wide settings.| Setting | Description |

| Change password | Update your account password |
| Two-factor authentication | Enable or disable TOTP-based 2FA. See Authentication for setup steps. |
2FA settings apply to your individual account only. You cannot force 2FA for all team members from this screen — each team member manages their own security settings.
Billing tab
Manage your subscription plan, payment method, and billing history.- View your current plan and next renewal date
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Download past invoices
Danger zone
At the bottom of the Organization tab is the Danger Zone — actions that are irreversible:- Delete organization — permanently removes your organization, all sessions, bookings, clients, and data. This cannot be undone.
