Creating an account

Go to app.book2befit.com/auth and click Create account.
  • Email and password are required. Your password should have at least a minimum of 8 characters containing lowercase, uppercase letters, digits and symbols.
  • After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Click the link to verify your address.
  • Once verified, you’re redirected to the onboarding wizard to set up your organization.
If you sign up with an email that already has an account, you’ll see: “You already have an account. Please sign in instead.”

Signing in

Navigate to book2befit.com and click on “Sign in” or go directly to app.book2befit.com/auth and enter your email and password.
  • Organization owners and admins are redirected to the dashboard after login.
  • Coaches are redirected to the dashboard (not the onboarding wizard).
  • If you haven’t set up your organization yet, you’ll be taken to the onboarding wizard.

Forgot password

  1. Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email address and submit.
  3. You’ll receive a password reset email on the registered email address.
  4. Click the link in the email and set a new password.
  5. Reset links expire after a short period. If the link is already used or expired, you’ll see an error and can request a new one.

Two-factor authentication (2FA / MFA)

2FA adds a second layer of security using a TOTP authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).

Enabling 2FA

1

Go to Settings → Security

Navigate to Settings → Security in the dashboard.
2

Enable 2FA

Click Enable 2FA. A QR code is shown.
3

Scan with your authenticator app

Open your authenticator app, scan the QR code, and enter the 6-digit code to verify.
4

Confirmed

2FA status updates to Active. You’ll now be prompted for a code on every login.
After entering your password, a second screen prompts for your TOTP code. Enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app. If the code is wrong, login is blocked.
2FA is set up per team member individually — each user enables it from their own account under Settings → Security.

Disabling 2FA

Go to Settings → Security and click Disable 2FA. After disabling, sign out and back in to confirm MFA is no longer required.
If you lose access to your authenticator app, contact support to recover your account. There are no backup codes at this time.

Team member sign-in

Coaches and admins sign in at the same URL. They are not taken through the onboarding wizard — they land directly on the dashboard with their role-limited view. If a team member hasn’t accepted their invite yet, they won’t be able to sign in under your organization. See Team & Roles for the invite flow.
