Creating an account
Go to app.book2befit.com/signup and fill in your email address, password, and password confirmation, then click Create account. After submitting you will see a “Check your inbox” screen. Open the confirmation email and click the link inside — this takes you to a confirmation page where you click Confirm my email to activate your account. You are then sent to the onboarding wizard to set up your organization.Nothing in your inbox? Check your spam folder. If you try to sign up with an email that already has an account, you will be prompted to sign in instead.
Signing in
Go to app.book2befit.com/login and enter your email and password. Where you land after signing in depends on your role and account state:| Situation | Where you land |

The staff dashboard is only accessible to owners, admins, and coaches. If your account has no staff role (for example, you signed up as a client via a public booking page), you will see an error on sign-in rather than being redirected.
Forgot password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? (below the password field).
- Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
- You will see a “Check your inbox” confirmation. Open the reset email and click the link inside.
- On the confirmation page, click Confirm my email.
- You are taken to the Set a new password page. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters) and confirm it, then click Update password.
- You are automatically redirected to the dashboard.
Reset links expire after a short period. If yours has expired, go back to the sign-in page and request a new one.
