Creating an account
Go to app.book2befit.com/auth and click Create account.- Email and password are required. Your password should have at least a minimum of 8 characters containing lowercase, uppercase letters, digits and symbols.
- After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Click the link to verify your address.
- Once verified, you’re redirected to the onboarding wizard to set up your organization.
If you sign up with an email that already has an account, you’ll see: “You already have an account. Please sign in instead.”
Signing in
Navigate to book2befit.com and click on “Sign in” or go directly to app.book2befit.com/auth and enter your email and password.- Organization owners and admins are redirected to the dashboard after login.
- Coaches are redirected to the dashboard (not the onboarding wizard).
- If you haven’t set up your organization yet, you’ll be taken to the onboarding wizard.
Forgot password
- Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
- Enter your email address and submit.
- You’ll receive a password reset email on the registered email address.
- Click the link in the email and set a new password.
- Reset links expire after a short period. If the link is already used or expired, you’ll see an error and can request a new one.
Two-factor authentication (2FA / MFA)
2FA adds a second layer of security using a TOTP authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).Enabling 2FA
Scan with your authenticator app
Open your authenticator app, scan the QR code, and enter the 6-digit code to verify.
2FA is set up per team member individually — each user enables it from their own account under Settings → Security.
