After attending a session, clients are invited to leave a star rating (1–5) and an optional written comment. This gives you a direct line to client satisfaction, without needing a third-party review platform.

How feedback is collected

Feedback requests are sent automatically after eligible sessions. Each request opens a secure feedback form link tied to the specific booking and session. In the feedback form:
  • The client can submit a 1-5 star rating and optional comment.
  • The form opens only after the session has ended.
  • Each booking can be submitted once (repeat submissions are blocked).
  • No dashboard login is required to submit feedback.

Viewing feedback

Go to Feedback in the dashboard. The page has three sections: Overview — four summary cards at the top:
  • Total Feedback — total number of submitted reviews
  • Average Rating — your overall average star rating
  • 5-Star Reviews — count of top-rated submissions
  • Response Rate — percentage of attended sessions where feedback was submitted

Filtering feedback

Use the star rating filter to show only specific rating levels. You can select any combination of 1–5 stars — for example, show only 1-star and 2-star reviews to focus on negative feedback, or only 5-star reviews to identify what’s working.

Showing reviews on your public page

You can choose to display your average rating and total review count on your public booking page. This builds trust with prospective clients before they even book. To enable it, go to Locations → General and toggle Show reviews on. When enabled, visitors to your public page see your overall star rating and the number of reviews, pulled live from your submitted feedback.

Using feedback

The Feedback page is available on all plans and gives you operational visibility into client sentiment. Deeper rating trends are available in the Analytics section.
Use the feedback list regularly during team check-ins. Low scores on a specific coach or class type are an early signal worth acting on.
Not directly through the app at this time. If a client leaves contact details and you want to follow up, you can do so manually via the Clients section.
Feedback requests are sent automatically for supported sessions. Per-session opt-out is not currently available.
