Tier gates in the app
Features locked to a higher tier show an upgrade prompt rather than an error. For example:- On Starter: the + Recurring Sessions button is hidden on the Sessions page.
- On Starter: the Branding tab in Location settings is not available.
Changing your plan
Go to Settings → Billing to upgrade or downgrade your plan. Changes take effect immediately on upgrade. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.Is there a free plan?

Yes. Book2befit has a permanent free plan (Starter). No trial period, no credit card required. You can run your studio on the Starter plan indefinitely and upgrade when you need more features.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted on a downgrade. Gated features simply show an upgrade prompt. You lose the ability to use them, but nothing is removed. If you’re unsure what a downgrade affects, contact support before making the change.
