Dashboard

The Dashboard is available on all plans. It shows a real-time snapshot of your studio and period-based KPIs.

Today’s sessions

A scrollable list of today’s sessions showing session name, time, coach, location, and current booking count vs. capacity.

Recent check-ins

The five most recent check-ins, showing client name, session or product, and check-in time.

Analytics (Growth+)

Analytics requires the Growth plan or above. Advanced analytics requires Business or above. See Plan Tiers.
Navigate to Analytics for deeper insights. Use the period selector to filter by: 7d · 14d · 30d · 90d · 1y. Analytics covers:
  • Revenue trends and breakdowns
  • Sessions — fill rates, booking trends
  • Clients — new vs. returning, activity
  • Products — sales and subscription data
  • Coach performance metrics

Advanced analytics (Business+)

Business plan and above adds a Feedback section to the Analytics dashboard, showing average rating trends per session type, per coach, and over time.

Reporting (Business+)

The Reporting tool gives you downloadable reports across four areas:
  • Revenue — financial summary by period
  • Sessions — session history with bookings
  • Clients — client list with booking activity
  • Products — product sales and subscription data
Dashboard data is loaded when you open the page. It does not update automatically while you’re viewing — refresh to pull the latest figures.
Location-level filtering is available in the Advanced Analytics section (Business+). On Growth, analytics are aggregated across all locations.
