Your location is the physical place where sessions take place. It drives your public booking page and everything clients see when they visit, from your logo in the header to the color of each section.
Book2befit supports multiple locations on a single account, each with fully independent settings.
Creating a location
Go to Locations in the sidebar and click Add location. Enter a name and address, then click Create location. You’re taken directly into the location’s settings tabs.
Location tabs
Each location has six tabs: General, Content, Images, Hours, Contact, and Branding.
General
Set the display name and timezone. The timezone controls how session times are shown on the public booking page.
Address: Start typing your studio address and select it from the autocomplete. Fields fill in automatically. This address appears on invoices and on the public booking page.
Visibility settings:
| Setting | Description |
|---|
| Enable public page | Toggle on when your studio is ready to take bookings. Toggle off to hide the page during setup or a temporary closure, without deleting the location. |
| Allow guest bookings | Let visitors book without creating an account. |
| Show team members | Display your coaches and staff on the public booking page. |
| Show reviews | Display your average client rating and review count on the public booking page. |
Booking settings:
| Setting | Description |
|---|
| Booking lead time (hours) | How far in advance a client must book. Set to 0 to allow same-day booking. |
| Cancellation policy (hours) | Free cancellation is allowed up to this many hours before the session. E.g. set to 24 to block free cancellations within 24 hours. |
| Auto-refund on cancellation | Toggle on to automatically refund paid bookings when you cancel a session. Requires Stripe to be connected. |
Click Save Changes to apply.
Setting a cancellation policy protects your revenue. Late cancellations on paid sessions won’t qualify for an automatic refund if they fall inside the window.
Content
This tab controls what appears on your public booking page beyond the schedule.
- Short description: a brief intro (up to 150 characters) shown on your public page.
- About us: a rich text section to tell clients about your location, your coaches, or your philosophy.
- Legal & Policies: add your Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy. These are linked from booking confirmations so clients can always find them.
- Amenities: select or add the amenities available at this location (e.g. showers, parking, lockers).
Images
The Images tab is available on all plans.
This is where you give your public booking page a professional, branded look. There are four image slots:
| Slot | Recommended size | Where it appears |
|---|
| Logo | 600 × 200 px | Header of your public booking page, appears on every page clients visit |
| Cover image | 1920 × 600 px | Full-width banner in the hero section. Replaces the plain hero background color when set. |
| Featured image | Any | Shown on your public page as a highlight image |
| Gallery | Any, up to 10 images | Gallery section of your public page to showcase your studio space |
All images are resized automatically on upload. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP.
Your logo is the single biggest branding action you can take. It appears on every page of the client portal (booking, account, products, confirmation), giving clients a consistently branded experience throughout.
Hours
Define when your studio is open each day of the week. Toggle individual days off for rest days or permanent closures.
Closures: add specific closure dates for public holidays, annual shutdowns, or one-off closures. Existing bookings on a closure date are not automatically cancelled.
Add closures well in advance so clients aren’t surprised by a locked booking page.
Add public-facing contact details shown on your booking page:
- Phone number
- Email address
- Website URL
- WhatsApp number
- Social media links (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok)
Branding
Branding color customisation requires the Growth plan or above. See Plan Tiers.
The Branding tab has two parts:
Brand colors — two color pickers that control interactive elements across your entire public page:
| Color | Where it appears |
|---|
| Primary color | Buttons, links, and other interactive elements |
| Accent color | Accent backgrounds and hover states |
Section colors — independent background and text color for each section of the page:
| Section | What it covers | Text color options |
|---|
| Header | Top navigation bar where the logo sits | Black or White |
| Hero | The banner area with your studio name (only when no cover image is set) | Black or White |
| Body | Main content area: schedule, session cards, services | Black or White |
| Footer | Bottom section of the page | Black or White |
Each section has an independent background color (chosen via color picker) and a text color toggle (Black or White). Leave a section empty to fall back to the default theme.
Click Reset colors to restore all branding values to their defaults.
Example: A dark navy header with white text + a light grey body with black text gives a premium, high-contrast feel without needing a developer.
Multiple locations
If you run more than one studio, add each as a separate location. Use the location selector at the top of the Locations page to switch between them. Each location is fully independent:
- Its own public booking URL
- Its own business hours, closures, and contact details
- Its own logo, cover image, and gallery
- Its own branding colors
- Its own booking and cancellation settings
Deleting a location
Click the Actions menu at the top of the location and select Delete location. Confirm the prompt. Sessions and bookings linked to that location are retained in your history.
Deleting a location removes it from the selector and makes its public page inaccessible. This cannot be undone.
