QR Check-in is available on all plans.
Check-in page
Go to Check-in in the dashboard to open the check-in screen. There are two modes, switchable at the top:- QR Scanner — uses your device’s camera to scan a client’s QR code
- Manual — search for a client by name or email and pick their active product
QR Scanner mode
Point the camera at the client’s QR code. The app processes the code and shows the result immediately:- Success — shows the client’s name, session or product used, and sessions remaining (if applicable)
- Already checked in — if the client has already been checked in today, this is flagged clearly
- Error — if the code is invalid or expired, an error message is shown
Manual mode
- Search for a client by name or email.
- Select the client. Their active products are listed.
- Click Check in next to the product to use for this visit.
Recent check-ins log
Both modes maintain a live log of the last 10 check-ins during your session (stored in your browser tab, not on the server). Each entry shows the client name, product used, and remaining sessions.Undoing a check-in
Each entry in the log has an Undo button. Use this to reverse an accidental check-in. Reversing a check-in restores the session credit to the client’s product.Kiosks
A kiosk is a self-service check-in screen you can open on any tablet or dedicated device. Clients walk up, scan their QR code, and check themselves in — no staff needed.Setting up a kiosk

Yes. The kiosk communicates with the server on each scan to verify the QR code and record the check-in. A stable internet connection on the kiosk device is required.
