Settings is where you configure your organization at a global level. Navigate to Settings in the dashboard sidebar. Settings has three tabs: Organization, Calendar, and Billing.

Organization tab

This is where you manage your organization’s profile and address details.

Billing addressDefaults to your company address. Toggle off to enter a separate one.

Coach permissions

Also on the Organization tab, there’s a Coach permissions card where you can toggle Allow coaches to create sessions. When enabled, coaches can create and manage sessions from their own schedule view. When disabled, only owners and admins can create sessions.

Public page language

The Public page & customer emails card lets you set the language for your public booking page and all transactional emails sent to clients (booking confirmations, reminders, and so on). The dashboard itself stays in English. Select your preferred language from the dropdown and click Save language.

Danger zone

At the bottom of the Organization tab is the Danger Zone, where actions are irreversible:
  • Delete organization: permanently removes your organization, all sessions, bookings, clients, and data. This cannot be undone. You must type DELETE to confirm.
Before deletion is allowed, the app checks for blockers: an active subscription, upcoming bookings, or active products. These must be resolved first.
Deleting your organization also cancels any active Stripe subscriptions for your clients. Make sure clients are notified before proceeding.

Calendar tab

Controls how the session calendar looks and behaves in your dashboard.

Booking lead time, cancellation windows, and auto-refund settings are configured per location. Head to Locations in the sidebar to find them.

Billing tab

Manage your subscription plan, payment method, and billing history.
  • View your current plan and next renewal date
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • Download past invoices

Account & Security

Password changes are managed from your personal Account page, not from Settings. Click your name or avatar in the sidebar to access it.
