Corporate benefit cards (MultiSport, Wellhub, ClassPass, and similar employer-sponsored wellness programs) let a client attend a session without paying you directly — their employer’s benefit card covers it. Book2befit treats a corporate card as a payment method on a booking, alongside online payment and pay at location.
Corporate benefit cards require the Growth plan or above. On Starter, the corporate partner settings and the Corporate Bookings page show an upgrade prompt.
Book2befit does not integrate with any corporate partner’s system — there’s no reader, terminal, or API check that verifies a client’s card in real time (Wellhub is the only partner with a real Access Control API, and that integration isn’t built here). A corporate booking is accepted on the client’s word, the same way a studio would today with a physical card shown at the door. Use the Corporate Bookings report to reconcile against what your partner actually pays out.

How it works

  1. Enable partners for your organization — choose which corporate benefit cards you accept at all, from a fixed platform catalog.
  2. Enable partners per session — each session opts in to a subset of your enabled partners (a bootcamp might accept MultiSport but not a kids’ class, for example).
  3. Client selects it at checkout — on your public booking page, each accepted partner appears as its own payment option, e.g. “Pay with MultiSport.”
  4. You reconcile — the Corporate Bookings page lists every booking paid this way, filterable by month and partner, with CSV export.

Enabling corporate partners

Go to Settings → Organization and find the Corporate benefit cards card. The available partners come from a fixed platform catalog — you can’t add a custom partner, only turn existing ones on or off: Check the box next to each partner you want to accept. This only makes the partner available — it doesn’t turn it on for any specific session yet.

Accepting corporate cards on a session

Corporate cards are a sub-option of Pay at location on the session form. With Pay at location enabled, a Corporate cards section appears listing the partners you’ve enabled in Settings — check the ones this session should accept.
If you haven’t enabled any partners in Settings, this section doesn’t appear on the session form at all.
This works the same way for recurring session schedules — the accepted partner list is part of the recurring template, so every generated occurrence inherits it.

What the client sees

On your public booking page, if a session accepts corporate cards, each enabled partner shows as its own line in the payment method list — for example Pay with MultiSport — alongside Online and Pay at location. The client picks their partner and completes the booking with no charge; the booking is created with that payment method recorded, no capacity reservation quirks — a corporate booking competes for the session’s normal capacity just like every other booking.

Reconciling visits

Go to Corporate bookings in the sidebar to see every booking paid for with a corporate card. The table shows, per booking: Date, Session, Client, Partner, and Attended (whether the client was actually checked in, so a no-show doesn’t get reconciled as a real visit). Click Export CSV to download the filtered list for reconciling against your partner’s own statement or payout report.
A client picks one partner per booking, matching how these programs work in practice — one membership card, one visit. If a session accepts multiple partners, the client just picks whichever one is theirs from the list.
No. No Stripe charge is created for a corporate booking — there’s nothing to pay out. It only affects capacity and appears in the Corporate Bookings report.
Disabling a partner in Settings does not retroactively change sessions that already had it enabled, but no new sessions can pick it, and the client-facing option relies on the partner still being enabled at booking time.
